Stellar uses the same technology 2 peace as 8 man rowing shells to attach the parts at the bulkheads to make a solid watertight seal. This is the only sea kayak on the market that can be a legit single (S-14 G2) or a stable and friendly tandem (ST-19) with enough room for weekend trips and adventures.
